During 2014 we planned, designed and developed a new ecommerce website for Pleasance and Harper that had three specific goals.
Alongside the 3 key goals, we were to integrate the new website with the existing till software to automate stock control and inventory across the business.
We began the process by thoroughly researching competitors and customers in the target market to generate actionable insights that would help grow online sales for Pleasance & Harper.
We built the new website on the Magento platform which offers a sophisticated mix of stock and inventory control, customer promotions and an easy to use CMS (content management system). Magento is an open source platform that is used and supported by thousands of developers around the globe.
The new P&H website is integrated with Google Shopping and other paid channels to deliver automated uploads and so reduce time taken to manage these platforms and their associated product feeds.
Online sales have more than doubled and we are showing a greater than 20:1 return on paid advertising spend.
P&H are selling a wider range of products at a higher average sale value.
We deliver weekly email marketing for Pleasance and Harper and manage the paid advertising through Google Shopping and Adwords PPC and Remarketing.
Regular monthly marketing activity includes SEO to improve search rankings and detailed analytics analysis to improve the ROI enjoyed by Pleasance & Harper.
We are very pleased to announce that we have recently started a second web project for Mark Harper, details of which will follow shortly on this page.
